KT runs urban ecology class with children to turn grey rooftops into forests
KT said on April 5 it held a “rooftop forest-making” activity on April 3 at the rooftop of its KT Gwanghwamun WEST building with children and parents from its Gwanghwamun daycare center. The program, jointly prepared with the National Institute of Ecology, is an urban ecology experience class. About 20 people joined, including institute officials. Participants learned about spring plants and planted and tended crops on a rooftop garden to experience biodiversity.
