MoonPay launches Mastercard debit card for AI agents
Crypto trading firm MoonPay has launched a Mastercard debit card called the MoonAgent Card that allows AI agents to make payments directly from on-chain wallets. The card combines MoonPay’s AI agent infrastructure and developer network, Monavate’s regulated card issuance infrastructure and Mastercard’s global payments network. Users do not need to preload a custodial balance or move funds off-chain before paying, and can approve smart-contract access or delegate spending authority.
