Olive Young challenges North America as \'K-beauty platform\' with two-track strategy
CJ Olive Young will target the North American market with a two-track strategy of opening directly run stores and supplying products through Sephora. It plans to open its first store in the U.S. West in May, likely in California, and expand based on customer response. The store may focus on experiential services. Olive Young also plans a curated K-beauty zone at Sephora in the second half and will support brands with U.S. regulatory procedures.
