Lotte moves to secure talent for AI shift, hiring across 15 affiliates in three digits
Lotte said it will standardise hiring dates so applicants can prepare in advance, launching what it called \"predictable rolling recruitment\" from Sept. 1 with hiring windows in March, June, September and December. Fifteen affiliates including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Wellfood, Lotte Construction and Lotte Innovate will participate. The group plans to hire hundreds of new staff across more than 50 roles, including sales, marketing, R&D and AI.
