Stripe launches \'Link\' digital wallet for AI agent payments

Stripe has introduced a digital wallet called Link designed to support payments made by AI agents, TechCrunch reported on April 30. The wallet can connect to cards, bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets and buy-now-pay-later services, and store billing and shipping details. Users grant access via OAuth, allowing an agent to create a payment request that is completed after user approval. Stripe plans features such as agent-specific spending limits.

OpenAI teams up with Yubico to link security keys to ChatGPT accounts

OpenAI has launched a new program to strengthen security for ChatGPT accounts, TechCrunch reported on Wednesday. The company introduced Advanced Account Security, which users can access by applying. OpenAI said it was designed mainly for people in high-risk jobs but anyone can sign up. Digital security firm Yubico also announced two security keys that link to ChatGPT accounts, to be released as co-branded products with OpenAI.
