Google launches Gemini Enterprise for Legal targeting law firms, heating up legal AI race
Google has released a legal-focused AI product aimed at law firms and in-house legal teams. The company unveiled Gemini Enterprise for Legal, a package combining pre-built Gemini technology with assistant-style agents that connect to firms’ existing data systems. Microsoft unveils \'Legal Agent\' for legal documents in Word
Microsoft has introduced a legal-document AI agent for Word called Legal Agent, it said on April 30 local time. The tool is designed to handle repetitive tasks in contract review and negotiation so legal professionals can focus on key judgments. It follows a structured workflow based on playbooks and provides functions including full-contract analysis, clause review, version comparison and redlining. It is available in the United States via the Windows desktop Word Frontier Program.
