SKT regains top spot in KCSI mobile satisfaction survey, completes grand slam
SK Telecom ranked No. 1 in the mobile phone category of the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index survey hosted by Korea Management Association Consulting. SKT said on Sept. 30 it completed a “grand slam” by topping the country’s three major customer satisfaction surveys this year, following wins in the National Customer Satisfaction Index in April and the Korea Service Quality Index in July. It expanded customer-experience efforts and applied AI to service and network operations.
