KB Kookmin Bank opens KB Senior Happiness Lounge, expands inclusive finance
KB Kookmin Bank said it has opened the KB Senior Happiness Lounge at its Gajadong branch in Seo-gu, Incheon, as a lounge-style specialised outlet. The bank said the space is designed for seniors and other financially vulnerable customers to use financial services more conveniently. It said dedicated staff will handle frequently used services through an express counter, and the lounge includes amenities such as massage chairs and blood pressure monitors.
