NCSoft to acquire Germany\'s JustPlay for 301.6 billion won
NCSoft will acquire Germany-based mobile game reward platform operator JustPlay GmbH to expand its mobile casual business. The company decided to buy 17,696 shares for about 301.6 billion won, or 9.8 percent of its equity, in a cash transaction that will leave it with a 70 percent stake. It plans to pay using its foreign-currency assets, with an expected closing date of April 30. The parties also signed option agreements for the remaining shares.
