KB Kookmin Bank CEO Lee Hwan-ju says bank must move toward a better future through expansion and transformation
KB Kookmin Bank held its 2026 new year kickoff ceremony on Thursday morning at its Yeouido annex building. CEO Lee Hwan-ju set out two keywords for the year, “expansion” and “transformation.” He said the bank should strengthen its financial footprint while boldly changing how it thinks and acts in line with customer needs and social trends. He also outlined priorities including reinforcing trust and creating social value.
