South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT will hold a briefing on Nov. 3 in Seoul on private-investment software projects, it said on Tuesday. The ministry will outline the system, implementation framework and key procedures for the public-private partnership programme. It will also introduce major revisions in its project guide and explain how to apply for feasibility reviews and required documents. Demand from Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City and the Gwangju Human Resources and Lifelong Education Promotion Agency will be presented to companies.
