MoonPay acquires Glide to strengthen crypto deposit infrastructure
MoonPay has acquired crypto infrastructure startup Glide, aiming to strengthen cross-chain cryptocurrency deposit infrastructure. MoonPay will integrate Glide’s deposit and routing technology into its MoonPay Deposit product. The deal is part of a strategy to expand beyond payments into providing digital asset infrastructure, though terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2023, Glide supports application deposit flows across tokens, wallets, exchanges and payment methods, covering more than 100 tokens on 30 blockchain networks.

Teen-founded U.S. defense startup Mach Industries valuation quadruples in a year
U.S. defense technology startup Mach Industries raised $300 million in a Series C round, valuing the company at $1.8 billion. TechCrunch reported the valuation is nearly four times higher than a year ago, after a $100 million raise in June 2025 at a $470 million valuation. The round was led by Infinite Capital and Ribbit Capital. Mach is developing five autonomous aircraft and plans to start producing at least three next year.

Samsung Asset Management\'s KODEX TDF ETF series tops 1 trillion won in net assets
Samsung Asset Management said combined net assets of its four KODEX TDF Active exchange-traded funds exceeded 1 trillion won based on the May 18 close. The total stood at 1.01 trillion won, led by the KODEX TDF 2050 Active at 612.4 billion won. The company said inflows were notable in the 2050 and 2060 vintage funds. It said the series can be held up to 100 percent in DC and IRP retirement accounts.
