Ethereum issuance-cut plan withdrawn from Hegota candidates, to be handled separately

Ethereum proposal EIP-8363, aimed at reducing issuance, has been dropped from consideration for the next network upgrade, Hegota. XRP fails to gain despite Ripple positive news - why?

A major project to link XRP Ledger (XRPL) to Brazil’s financial market infrastructure has been unveiled, but XRP fell after the announcement. Ripple is working with Brazilian securities registration and settlement firm CSD BR, with an initial issuance expected to reach about $15 billion by the end of 2026. Ripple executives said the project tokenises existing financial assets rather than bringing immediate new cash into the network.
