Hanamicron recognised for technology by U.S. trade magazine
Hanamicron said on Wednesday that U.S. semiconductor trade magazine Semiconductor Review selected it as the 2026 Asia Semiconductor Back-End Solutions Company of the Year. The magazine makes annual selections through a panel of company executives, industry experts and its editorial board. Hanamicron said it was recognised for customer-tailored joint engineering and full turnkey solutions. It said its HIC 2.5D/3D packaging technology was also highlighted.
