SKT prepaid-only \'Air\' tops 200,000 members, launches free YouTube subscription promotion
SK Telecom is running a YouTube Premium Lite promotion to mark its prepaid-only mobile service Air surpassing 200,000 members. The company said new customers who sign up for the Air X plan via the official app or website by Feb. 28 will receive YouTube Premium Lite free for a year after activation. New users can also earn bonus pack points, which can be used to pay bills or buy items in the Air app point shop.

KT M Mobile eSIM roaming \'mobi\' wins top prize at ICT Award Korea
KT M Mobile said on Aug. 27 its eSIM data roaming service \'mobi\' won the Grand Prix, the top award in the digital experience innovation category, at ICT Award Korea 2026. The company said mobi was recognised for improving the eSIM roaming process from the customer’s perspective, including a feature that checks whether an eSIM works properly before departure. KT M Mobile is running a promotion through Aug. 31.

Sh Suhyup Bank, Korea Rating Data to co-develop PRISM corporate credit analysis platform
Sh Suhyup Bank will jointly develop a corporate credit analysis platform with Korea Rating Data to assess the financial soundness and potential risks of companies not subject to external audits. The partners signed an agreement to co-develop the PRISM Credit Risk Platform at Korea Rating Data’s headquarters. The platform will combine the bank’s risk management experience with Korea Rating Data’s corporate information and analysis capabilities and include an explainable AI-based machine-learning approach and an expert checklist.
