Air-inflated wing cargo drone completes initial test flights
French aerospace startup Celeste Ecoplyers has completed initial flight tests of an experimental cargo drone using air-inflated fabric wings. The company conducted short takeoff tests of its dAS10 platform at Le Havre airport in France. It said the aircraft flies using aerodynamic lift, with air pressure used only to maintain wing structure. The brief low-altitude flights confirmed controlled flight, but the company did not disclose verified payload data. Further testing and adjustments are underway.
