Securitize to list on NYSE, raise $400 million through SPAC merger
Tokenisation infrastructure firm Securitize will raise about $400 million through a merger with Cantor Equity Partners II and list on the New York Stock Exchange next week, The Block reported on Thursday. The merger will close on Wednesday, with trading to begin the next day under the ticker SECZ. Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo said tokenised securities have moved into the mainstream.
