Auk raises $60 million seed to target management of enterprise app and AI agent access rights

Identity management startup Auk has raised a $60 million seed round to help prevent unauthorised access to corporate applications. The round was co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners and CRV, with participation from Hetz Ventures, AlphaDrive Ventures and multiple angel investors. Based in Tel Aviv, Auk is led by CEO Shai Morag (샤이 모라그). The company offers a platform that identifies employee application accounts and AI agents, flags risks and checks segregation-of-duties compliance.
