Bithumb AI tops 500,000 cumulative users in 47 days
Bithumb\'s integrated artificial intelligence investment information service, Bithumb AI, has surpassed 500,000 cumulative users 47 days after its launch. Bithumb said on Oct. 20 the figure represents unique members who used the service at least once, excluding repeat users. Average daily visitors during the period were about 80,000. About 7 out of 10 traders used the service, and the usage rate reached 95 percent among traders handling 100 million won or more a month.

Bithumb tops KCSI digital asset exchange category for second straight year
Bithumb said on Wednesday it was named No. 1 in the virtual asset exchange category under finance in the 2026 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index survey run by Korea Management Association Consulting. It is the second straight year it has won after topping the category last year. The company said it focused on AI-based investment information and trading convenience, revamped trading services and strengthened customer support and user protection systems.

Bithumb warns of malware disguised as fake AI auto-trading tools, launches September cybersecurity campaign
Bithumb said on Wednesday it is launching a September cybersecurity campaign to prevent malware infections disguised as AI auto-trading programs or investment analysis tools. It said scammers lure users with promises of high returns or loss-free automated trading and induce installation of unauthorised software containing malware. Infection can leak IDs, passwords, session cookies, API keys, and private wallet keys and seed phrases. Bithumb urged users to use official channels and avoid suspicious downloads.
