AI lead stock rotation puts memory, CPU and fiber optic firms in focus
AI infrastructure investment enthusiasm led by Nvidia is spreading quickly to a wider range of hardware companies, CNBC reported. This week, shares of AMD and Intel rose about 25% each, Micron gained more than 35% and Corning climbed about 20%. All four have more than doubled this year. Intel has risen more than 200%, while Nvidia is up 16%. Analysts also highlighted strong momentum in memory and CPUs, while warning of potential corrections.
