LG Uplus to build \'trustworthy AI agents\' with Arize AI

LG Uplus will partner with Arize AI to build a system to manage the performance and safety of AI agents. The companies signed a strategic memorandum of understanding to cooperate on performance and quality management and on technologies to strengthen safety. They will jointly develop technology to check response quality and analyse and manage errors in operation. Plans include Korean-language and voice-based AI evaluation, preventing inaccurate or inappropriate answers, and seeking joint opportunities in the domestic B2B market.
