[Digital Today reporter Hyunwoo Choo] Developer mentoring platform DevMentor will hold an "AI Agents, Now It Is Results" seminar on July 14 at the Korea Advertising Culture Center in Jamsil.

The event focuses on operational strategies that go beyond pilot projects (PoC) to embed agents in real work and link them to business results. It will run four sessions for corporate C-level executives and those responsible for AI adoption and operations.

In the first session, Juhwan Lee (이주환), CEO of Sweet Technologies, will introduce design methods that enable an agent to understand an organisation's tacit knowledge like an experienced hire, along with step-by-step AX operation strategies. Lee operates a collaboration platform with customers in 184 countries and recently published a new book, "AI Agent Execution World".

Hyuncheol Son (손현철), a team leader at Samyang Holdings, will present 13 AI agent operating cases from Samyang Group that have not previously been disclosed externally. He plans to share the process and results of applying them across manufacturing sites, including R&D, production, sales and planning.

Yechaan Lee (이예찬), a software engineer at Daangn, will disclose operating strategies for the in-house AI agent "Kabi," which more than half of employees use every week. He will focus on how the gap was narrowed between the demo stage and use in day-to-day operations.

Finally, Sangyeol Jin (진상열), head of the Korea branch of Arize AI, will present how to build a "Self-Improving" agent that improves its own quality, along with domestic and overseas success cases. Detailed information on the seminar, which covers agent usage and operational strategies and cases that create business results, is available on the DevMentor website.
