Adobe unveils agentic AI \'CX Enterprise Coworker\' for marketers
Adobe said on Wednesday it is introducing an agentic AI solution for businesses called CX Enterprise Coworker aimed at marketers. The company said the product integrates with Adobe Experience Platform applications including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics and Journey Optimizer. It monitors signals based on set goals and suggests next actions, handling workflows from planning to execution and optimisation while allowing human input for key decisions.
