Ripple targets XRPL quantum readiness, lending and AMM overhaul with 2028 goal
XRP Ledger (XRPL) is preparing its next phase around quantum readiness, on-chain lending, stronger security and an automated market maker (AMM) overhaul. XRPL validator and XRP Ledger Foundation community director Vet described the changes as “XRP floor building.” Ripple set a 2028 target for its quantum readiness roadmap. XRPL 3.1.0 includes a lending protocol now under vote, while security work includes an AI-supported red team and software updates reflecting reported issues.
