RSUPPORT said on Oct. 13 it supplied its multipurpose smart soundproof booth, COLABOX, to Toss Bank, Amorepacific and others. The booths have wheels and can be installed in unused space without additional interior work, and moved when office layouts change. Models include MINI, SOLO, MEET and PLUS. Toss Bank installed MINI units as phone booths. Amorepacific adopted MINI and MEET for calls and small meetings.

RSUPPORT registers AI meeting-minutes solution AI Repoto on Nara Market
RSUPPORT said on Tuesday its AI meeting-minutes solution, AI Repoto, has been officially registered on the Public Procurement Service digital services mall, Nara Market. The company said the product uses AI speech recognition and summarisation to automatically transcribe meetings and organise key points. It supports online and offline meetings and recorded files, and can integrate with major video-conferencing platforms.

RSUPPORT wins ISO 27001 and 27017 security certifications
RSUPPORT said on Jan. 15 it has simultaneously obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27017:2015 international certifications for information security management. It said it reacquired ISO/IEC 27001 after passing 123 items and obtained ISO/IEC 27017 after passing 244 cloud-security items. RSUPPORT provides AI-based remote solutions including RemoteCall and RemoteView to about 20,000 companies and institutions. It plans to expand in Japan, China and Southeast Asia.
