B2B solution provider RSUPPORT said on Tuesday its AI meeting-minutes solution, AI Repoto (Ai:repoto), has been officially registered on the Public Procurement Service digital services mall (Nara Market).

AI Repoto is a solution that automatically converts meeting content into text and organises key points based on AI speech recognition and summarisation technology.

The company said it can convert various types of meetings into minutes, including online video conferences, offline meetings and recorded or video files, reducing the time and costs required to write and share minutes.

RSUPPORT stressed it can cut minutes-writing work by up to 89 percent and summarise a 1-hour meeting within 5 minutes.

AI Repoto also integrates with major video-conferencing platforms including RemoteMeeting, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, and supports voice recording and screen recording for offline meetings.

Han Sang-joon (한상준), RSUPPORT's vice president in charge of sales, said the Nara Market registration allows public institutions to adopt AI Repoto without separate bidding procedures. He said its differentiation in the public market would be that it is an on-premises solution designed to suit closed-network environments. He added the company plans to expand sales, focusing on public enterprises and local public institutions, based on successful adoption cases including the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and Korea Water Resources Corp.
