AI and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea, operated by Worksphere, will hold its "2026 Engineering Online Job Fair" on its platform through Nov. 30 to support job matching in engineering.

JobKorea will provide real-time job postings from companies registered with the Korea Engineering Association through a dedicated recruitment section during the fair. The postings can be viewed by job category including engineering and design, manufacturing and production, construction and facilities, and AI, development and data.

It has also prepared job support services for jobseekers who want to work at engineering companies. A total of 10 people will receive tailored consulting through one-on-one remote sessions with employment experts to prepare application documents and online interviews.

According to the company, participating firms will receive various benefits including listing vacancies in the recruitment section and producing company promotional content, as well as JobKorea's position proposal service, recruitment advertising products, and production and distribution of an HR magazine for HR managers.

A JobKorea official said, "As the engineering industry is directly linked to future growth, it is important to connect specialized talent that companies want with opportunities that fit jobseekers more quickly." The official added, "We will actively support this online job fair so that it can provide broader employment opportunities for talented people in engineering and serve as an efficient venue for companies to recruit talent."
