KT said on Monday it will run its Chuseok customer appreciation promotion, 'K.Mem.Fe (KT Membership Festa)', for all KT Membership customers throughout September.
Under the monthly programme 'Dal.Dal.Benefit', customers can choose one of four offers: a 5,000 won Shopping Lounge discount, a 5,000 won offline discount at Lotte Mart, up to a 10,000 won discount on Baedal Minjok x BHC x mobile phone payment, or up to 50 percent off Burger King set menus.
KT will also provide cultural benefits. KT Membership customers can get up to 50 percent off musicals 'Dear Evan Hansen' and 'Gwanghwamun Yeonga', as well as performances and exhibitions including 'Jo Eun Original Art Exhibition' and 'Lee Gi-hoon Original Art Exhibition'. It will also hold a K-pop invitation event. Customers who apply from Sept. 17 to 30 and are selected can attend 'K-Pop Stage (with M Countdown)' on Oct. 17 at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
KT will expand optional benefits for VVIP and VIP customers. From September, KT will add a 10,000 won Genie TV VOD voucher to VVIP and VIP Choice. For roaming customers, it will offer a 10,000 won discount at airport lounges throughout September.
KT Membership benefits commerce platform Shopping Lounge will introduce travel and lifestyle brand Rodly, jointly planned with KT Alpha and BNK Sports, from Sept. 2. It will sell related items such as suitcases and travel pouches at special prices for KT Membership customers and will also run a Chuseok gift promotion.
Kang Yi-hwan (강이환), head of KT's Customer Service Division, said the company will continue expanding differentiated membership benefits tailored to customers' seasonal demand and lifestyle patterns.
