Clucus, a provider of cloud and AI managed services, will participate in K-ICT Week in Busan, to be held at BEXCO in Busan from Sept. 9 to 11.

At the event, Clucus will showcase a public-sector-focused AIOps platform based on Naver Cloud infrastructure and present an execution strategy for AI transformation (AX) in public institutions.

The company said AI transformation in the public sector has recently been gaining momentum, but agencies face difficulties on the ground due to fragmented data environments, security regulations and the complexity of linking with existing business systems.

As a Naver Cloud premium partner, Clucus plans to present public AI solutions by combining Naver Cloud's public-sector-focused infrastructure with its in-house AIOps platform.

The Clucus AIOps platform first collects various data within public institutions and refines it into a form that AI can use. It applies a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline and is designed to respond based on internal data, securing the reliability of AI responses, the company said.

Clucus also strengthened security and stability, which it said are key factors for public institutions. It plans to meet public security requirements by linking to Naver Cloud infrastructure that has obtained major domestic security certifications such as ISMS and CSAP, and to minimise the risk of system failures and outages through a high-availability infrastructure operating framework.

Hong Sung-wan (홍성완), CEO of Clucus, said, “Public institutions' AI transformation goes beyond simply introducing AI. It is important to build a foundation to implement services suited to an institution's data and work environment and to operate them stably.” He added, “Through cooperation with Naver Cloud, we will combine stable infrastructure with Clucus' AIOps capabilities to continue supporting public institutions so they can apply AI to actual work and realise meaningful AX.”
