SGA Solutions, an integrated IT security company, said on Aug. 27 it signed a CSP (Cloud Service Provider) sub-distribution agreement with Securepoint to expand its cloud security business.

Securepoint is a security and IT infrastructure company that runs network security, IT consulting, AI and DX solution development, and SI and ITO businesses. It will serve as SGA Solutions' CSP sub-distributor, supplying security products to major cloud providers and MSPs and pursuing new business development.

SGA Solutions said the partnership will allow it to provide a one-stop integrated security system that runs from initial security design for AIDC projects to product supply, deployment and the management of always-on operating policies. It said the combination of Securepoint's business infrastructure and SGA Solutions' security technology is expected to accelerate new customer acquisition and orders for large projects.

SGA Solutions CEO Young-cheol Choi (최영철) said growth in the AI infrastructure market and the spread of AIDC provide new opportunities for the integrated security business. He said the company will actively target the cloud and AI infrastructure security market by combining its integrated IT security product lineup with Securepoint's channel competitiveness.
