AX specialist Plan-i said on Jan. 12 it has officially launched Planee, an AI conversational website solution offered as software as a service, shifting website navigation from clicks and search to “conversation”.
The company said Planee converts website content and materials into AI knowledge so visitors can get the information they need immediately by asking questions. It does not require creating question scenarios in advance or managing answers one by one like existing chatbots. Operators can build a conversational website by registering only a website URL or PDF, Word or HWP documents.
Plan-i said it redesigned a menu-navigation web user experience into a question-driven flow for Planee, focusing on reducing the time needed to search for information and automating repeated inquiries.
Plan-i CEO Myung-gi Lee said, “Planee is a service that changes a website from a ‘place to read’ into a ‘point of contact for conversation’.” He said it is designed so visitors can get the information they want faster and operators can reduce the burden of responding to inquiries. “With a SaaS structure that can be applied right away without complex deployment, we will support websites so they become practical business helpers,” he said.
