[DigitalToday reporter Ji-young Lee] Banksalad has revamped its "Loan Home" screen to strengthen loan management and interest-cutting features.

Banksalad said on Thursday it redesigned Loan Home to configure the user interface based on whether customers hold loans and on their credit status, and to guide users on ways to reduce loan interest.

Loan Home has two tabs: "MY Loans" and "Find Loans". It prioritises "MY Loans" for users who already have loans and "Find Loans" for users seeking new loans.

"MY Loans" is an integrated dashboard that lets users check their loan and credit information on a single screen. Users can view the total outstanding balance and balances by account, along with their credit score, debt service ratio (DSR), estimated interest rate and loan approval rate.

It also placed the "Cut Interest" feature, launched in May, at the front of Loan Home. The feature analyses a user's loan and credit status and presents available interest-saving options along with estimated savings.

A Banksalad official said the revamped Loan Home brings together guidance on ways to reduce the recently higher interest-rate burden. The official said the company plans to propose interest-saving methods tailored to each customer's situation and continue expanding its management features.
