AI security and authentication platform company Raonsecure said on Wednesday it has been selected as a project operator for the "2026 blockchain specialised university (graduate school) support project" promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

Raonsecure plans to run a "University Hub" to provide shared blockchain technology infrastructure for Seoul Women's University, Konyang University and Hansei University, and spread blockchain technology and industry experience across university education.

It will first provide a shared practice environment so students can learn blockchain technology in conditions similar to real service sites.

Raonsecure unit Raonmeta will offer XR content that lets students experience blockchain development step by step through Metademy, an AI and virtual convergence training platform, via dedicated sections for each university. Raonsecure also plans to further develop its blockchain education model together with digital credential technology.

Raonsecure CEO Jeong-a Lee (이정아) said, "As the global blockchain market is growing rapidly, securing specialist talent to lead it has emerged as an urgent task." She added, "We will broaden the base of the blockchain ecosystem by sharing with education sites the technology and experience validated while building national digital identity infrastructure."
