Neowiz said on Tuesday it has officially launched Kingdom2: Burning Battlefield, a new mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by its subsidiary Paw Games.

The new title is available via Google Play, One Store, the Apple App Store and a PC client. It applies a combat system that allows free combinations of races and weapons, moving away from a class-centered structure. Users can build tactics by combining 3 races, including Human, Elf and Belkan, with 5 types of weapons: one-handed sword, greatsword, bow, staff and spear.

The progression system uses runes, magic infusion, artifacts and monster souls. It is designed to grant "magic powder" when items are destroyed or dismantled so it can be used as material for magic infusion.

Guild content has been detailed into guild housing, research, raids, quests, festivals and a guild warehouse. It also includes high-difficulty content such as a world boss and the Tower of Infinity, and it introduced an economic system that allows users to obtain farming diamonds through hunting.

To mark the official launch, Paw Games is holding a 28-day "Hero's Qualification - Level Ranking Event" by server and will provide rewards based on rankings. It is also running a strategy guide event on its official Naver cafe through Aug. 17 and plans to provide weekly growth items for 4 weeks to users who add its official KakaoTalk channel.

A Paw Games official said, "As it is a project we have developed with great care over a long time, we expect to be able to deliver the deep fun inherent to a classic MMORPG to our users." The official added, "We have also prepared a variety of events to celebrate the official launch, so we ask for your interest and participation."
