Alphacode, a subsidiary of AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud, has built a natural language-based management analysis AI agent platform for early-childhood and elementary English education company Polinspiration, it said on Monday.

The company said the AI platform lets Polinspiration employees type questions in natural language into an AI chat window to retrieve key management data, including real-time enrolment status across 78 branches nationwide, and immediately generate reports.

Previously, it typically took 2 to 3 days for staff to query data with SQL and then process and analyse it in Excel before writing a report. The company stressed that building the platform sharply cut the time needed to extract management data and write reports to about 1 minute.

Polinspiration had been compiling and analysing monthly changes in student numbers and various operational data from branches nationwide. With the platform, staff can now retrieve the data they want at any time by simply entering a request in the chat window when they need information.

Alphacode applied an FDE (Field Development Engineer) approach in the project, with staff stationed on the customer site and jointly carrying out the entire process from AI project planning to execution. Alphacode's FDE team also consulted on site with Polinspiration staff, identified tasks directly and newly wrote more than 30 operations-knowledge and policy documents.

Alphacode applied its own architecture that does not rely on a specific open-source framework. It was designed to allow multiple large language models (LLMs) to be operated in parallel depending on the purpose.

Alphacode CEO Ha-seong Jung (정하성) said, "The value of AI is only completed when it solves real problems in industrial settings and leads to measurable results." He added, "We will continue to solve various industrial problems with AI through a field-close approach and build practical AX together with customers."
