Saemaul Geumgo will hold an open recruitment drive to hire 149 entry-level employees in the second half of the year. Applicants who fail the final interview will be registered in a separate talent pool so they can interview again if additional hiring takes place at nearby Saemaul Geumgo branches.
Saemaul Geumgo Federation said on Aug. 3 it will hire 149 entry-level employees at 109 Saemaul Geumgo branches nationwide.
Applications will be accepted through Aug. 10 on the Saemaul Geumgo recruitment website. The process will proceed in the order of document screening, a written test and interviews, and final successful candidates are expected to be announced in September.
The written test will be held on Aug. 29 at test centers by region nationwide. Applicants' capabilities will be evaluated through a personality test and the National Competency Standards (NCS) basic vocational skills assessment.
Interviews will be conducted at the Saemaul Geumgo branch the applicant applied to. Interviewers will assess potential capabilities, passion and job fit, among other factors, and at least 1 external interviewer will take part. All interviewers must submit a pledge and confirmation that they have no special relationship with the applicant, such as being a relative.
Applicants who fail the final interview will be automatically registered in the "entry-level employee talent pool". If additional hiring takes place at Saemaul Geumgo branches in the applicant's chosen area or a nearby area before the first-half 2027 open recruitment, they can be given an opportunity to interview.
A Saemaul Geumgo Federation official said, "Based on fair and transparent hiring, we will continue to discover capable talent."
