Miso Information Technology, a multimodal data platform and AI company, said on Tuesday it signed a service partnership and strategic memorandum of understanding with LangGenius, the developer of the global open-source generative AI application development platform Dify.

Miso Information Technology's strategy is to speed up its AI agent business across various industries, including healthcare and manufacturing, through cooperation with LangGenius.

According to the company, LangGenius is a global AI company based in Silicon Valley in the United States that develops and operates Dify, an open-source AI application development platform. Dify is a no-code platform that can develop and operate AI agents, AI workflows and RAG applications, and it is used by developers, companies and public institutions in more than 175 countries worldwide.

Under the agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate on building and operating Dify-based AI agents, developing AI services by industry, joint marketing, and establishing a system for professional training and technical support. They also plan to work together so domestic companies and public institutions can adopt generative AI more quickly and safely.

Sang-do Nam (남상도), CEO of Miso Information Technology, said, "Generative AI competitiveness lies in AI agents that understand corporate data and perform tasks on their own." He said, "Through strategic cooperation with LangGenius, we will build an AI agent ecosystem that can be put to immediate use across various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, construction, defence, pharmaceuticals and biotech, aerospace, and lead the era of 'one person, N agents.'"
