Clocus, a cloud and AI managed services company, said on Monday it has signed a strategic partnership with global agentic AI security firm Straiker and will provide specialised services to address new security challenges that arise during the adoption of AI agents.

According to Clocus, Straiker provides an AI security platform that identifies AI agents and related assets within a company, validates potential security vulnerabilities in advance and detects and blocks threats that occur during actual operations.

The platform consists of Discover AI, which provides visibility into AI assets, permissions and data access status; Ascend AI, which checks security vulnerabilities based on real attack scenarios; and Defend AI, which detects and blocks threats in real time in operating environments.

This enables companies to identify related assets such as AI agents, AI models and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and analyse each agent's permissions and the status of access to corporate data to identify potential risk factors in advance.

Companies can verify security risks before applying AI agents to actual work and continuously monitor and protect against threats during the operational stage as well.

Through the partnership, Clocus will link its project experience based on various cloud, data and AI platforms, including Microsoft and Databricks, and its expertise in major generative AI environments, including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models, with Straiker's AI security technology to target the corporate market. Based on this, it plans to provide domestic enterprise customers with specialised security services needed to introduce and operate AI agents.

Clocus plans to provide, in stages, identification of AI agents and related assets, analysis of permissions and data access status, security validation based on attack scenarios, detection and response to threats during operations, and consulting on AI governance and compliance, tailored to customers' AI environments and security requirements.
