JobPlanet, a career platform operated by AI and data-based HR tech platform Worksphere, said on Monday it has fully revamped its main home screen as part of efforts to strengthen user experience (UX).

The company said the redesign is focused on simplifying the customer journey to reach company reviews, the most-consumed content on JobPlanet.

Search, the feature users look for first, has been placed at the front. The platform has also been changed so job seekers can view job postings and review information at once. In the newly created Company Reviews tab, users can browse a collection of company reviews with higher relevance to them.

JobPlanet said it will continue to test the composition and order of home recommendation modules and optimize the service with a focus on user convenience.

A JobPlanet official said, "JobPlanet's biggest asset is reviews left by current and former employees, and this revamp is a first step in rebuilding the service's framework so more users encounter those reviews more often." The official added, "We will develop it into an insights hub that lets users grasp a company's atmosphere at a glance without having to read scattered reviews one by one, and we will implement through actual experience the direction of providing 'the most reliable information at the moment of choice.'"
