[Digital Today reporter Ji-young Lee] Hana Bank is holding a savings subscription event with Hyundai Motor Group linking electric vehicle energy services with a financial product.

Hana Bank said it will start a subscription event for the 'AllDayEnergy AllDayEnergy My Choice Savings' together with Hyundai Motor Group from July 21.

'AllDayEnergy' is the integrated name for Hyundai Motor Group's electric vehicle V2X (Vehicle to Everything) services. It supports using electric vehicles not only as a means of transport but also as energy storage devices.

The savings product offers a maximum pre-tax annual rate of 4.5 percent, adding a base annual rate of 2.0 percent, an automatic transfer preferential annual rate of 0.5 percent and a special preferential rate coupon of 2.0 percent a year.

The monthly payment cap is 500,000 won and it is a fixed-amount installment savings product that can be subscribed to for up to six months.

Hana Bank will provide a Socar EV discount coupon to all customers who take part in the event. It will give a McDonald's burger set coupon to customers who keep the savings product until Dec. 1.

Hana Bank also plans to provide a BBQ chicken set coupon to 100 customers selected by lottery among those using Hana Bank savings and time deposits for the first time. The event will run until Aug. 31 and is limited to 5,000 people.

An official at Hana Bank's New Business Promotion Department said, "We will continue to expand benefits and services that customers can feel through various partnerships."
