ITCEN PNS said on Sunday it will expand its post-quantum cryptography (PQC) migration business in earnest.

Beyond simply supplying PQC algorithms, ITCEN PNS is accelerating a “quantum-safe migration platform” business that identifies cryptographic assets in customer systems, analyzes risk levels and converts operational environments to a PQC-based setup.

To do that, it built a phased migration framework that combines EdgeCS (Edge Cryptography Scanner), EdgeCrypto, a KCMVP-certified cryptography library, and a PQC-based secure communications application model.

The company said EdgeCS automatically identifies cryptographic assets by analyzing cryptography libraries within running processes and inventories them in the form of a CBOM (Cryptography Bill of Materials).

It also provides a technology foundation aligned with South Korea’s security verification system through EdgeCrypto, a KCMVP-certified cryptography library.

ITCEN PNS’s PQC migration model is 추진 in three steps: “detection → analysis → application”. The company said it is an implementation model designed to secure crypto agility, enabling organizations to quickly replace or expand their cryptographic systems when specific cryptographic algorithms become vulnerable or policies change.

ITCEN PNS CEO Won-gyu Park (박원규) said, “Many companies and institutions recognize the need for PQC, but often feel overwhelmed about where to start.” He added, “ITCEN PNS will lead markets with high security requirements, including the public sector, finance, defense and manufacturing, through an ‘actionable PQC migration system’ that finds cryptographic assets with EdgeCS, provides a verified cryptography foundation with EdgeCrypto, and converts all the way to operational environments in a one-stop process.”
