Bagelcode said on July 14 it has completed a companywide work infrastructure based on a "one employee, one agent" model. The company will use the completed infrastructure to move ahead in earnest with expanding a team-based collaboration system to raise efficiency across game development, live operations and publishing.

Bagelcode completed the rollout of its in-house artificial intelligence (AI) agent, AgentB, to all employees in the first half of this year. It also finished supplying the hardware needed to run it reliably, completing a one-employee, one-agent work environment. The agent is connected to internal data and work context, providing ongoing support for individual tasks such as drafting documents, organising information and tracking work.

The company plans to apply TeamB, a collaboration model that expands individual agents to the team level, in phases from the second half of the year. It is a system that goes beyond supporting individual work to link decision-making and execution flows in the process of multiple members and departments moving together across shared team channels, documents and work context.

In the mobile game business, multiple organisations move in close coordination, so waiting for interdepartmental feedback and repeated checks determine execution speed. Bagelcode plans to use the collaboration model to organise the context of meetings, documents and communication channels to reduce work bottlenecks and build a structure that enables each organisation to decide and execute faster.

In this work environment, agents support repeated checking and organising tasks, while employees focus on key decisions such as a game's fun factor, marketability, operational direction and business value.

In its internal Data&AI team, three engineers worked with their respective agents and implemented a control platform for large-scale data infrastructure in three days, a task that typically takes weeks. Based on this hands-on experience, Bagelcode plans to refine team-based collaboration flows and broaden their application across various organisational tasks.

Co-CEOs Yoon Il-hwan (윤일환) and Kim Jun-young (김준영) of Bagelcode said, "Competitiveness in the game business ultimately depends on how quickly and accurately you execute." They added, "With agents at the centre, we will raise both individual productivity and team collaboration efficiency, boost execution speed across game development and operations, and strengthen sustainable competitiveness in the global game market."
