Cafe24 has set up an event to closely review brand growth strategies for e-commerce sellers. Cafe24 said on Sunday it will hold the seller growth strategy conference, "Cafe24 BUILD UP 2026", on July 22 at the Grand Ballroom of FKI Plaza in Yeouido, Seoul.
The event will disclose practical cases from brands that grew through "Cafe24 PRO", an integrated operations service that provides system-based support across overall shopping mall operations. Lee Seong-bae (이성배), CEO of premium capsule coffee and capsule tea brand Superpresso, will take the stage to share his experience. Superpresso will introduce how it cut the time spent on repetitive operational tasks while running 13 marketplaces and came to focus on product development and brand growth.
Superpresso has drawn attention as a case that replaced the work of 3 employees, including an operations merchandiser, designer and marketer, with a single "Cafe24 PRO" service. The title of Lee's presentation is "Only after handing over operations did I see the brand". In the Cafe24 expert session, step-by-step strategies will follow, from improving operational efficiency and data-driven marketing strategies to entering overseas markets and how to use no-inventory sourcing and logistics and delivery.
The event will also offer 1-to-1 tailored consultations with experts by field and networking time. Cafe24 CEO Lee Jae-seok (이재석) said, "This conference was created so that sellers can directly review the various tasks they face in the process of growing their brands and find solutions," adding, "Cafe24 will continue to do its best to create an environment where business owners can focus on brand growth."
