Human cloud platform Kmong said on July 13 it signed a memorandum of understanding with KMA Korea Management Association to build an "execution-focused AX training model" to help companies design and implement AI agents directly.
Kmong will expand its AI solutions, infrastructure and expert network, built up so far, into corporate training. It will jointly develop and run AX programmes with KMA that link training to real workplace innovation.
Under the agreement, Kmong will support KMA client companies with AI use strategies and AX execution plans. KMA will use Kmong's AI solutions and expert network to develop customised training and consulting courses for client companies.
The two organisations will cooperate on jointly running AI agent development workshops, planning joint projects for AI use, supporting stronger corporate competitiveness based on AX, and providing hands-on consulting based on expert groups.
Park Kyung-man (박경만), head of KMA's Talent Development Center, said the collaboration between KMA, which has training expertise, and Kmong, which has an AI expert network, will bring practical innovation to corporate workplaces. He said KMA will support companies in building execution capabilities to implement work automation through AI agent development workshops.
Hwang In-hye (황인혜), Kmong's chief product officer, said the AX business with KMA will fundamentally change companies' systems for using AI and their ways of working. She added that execution-focused programmes will support companies in moving beyond simple training to actual workplace innovation.
