Pribit Technology said on July 9 it has changed its corporate name to PRIBIT AI and is accelerating its transformation into a platform company based on AI execution control.

The company said the name change is aimed at strengthening its business identity as an AI-focused company that supports enterprises and institutions in safely adopting and operating AI, beyond its role as a zero-trust security company.

PRIBIT AI plans to focus on providing an operating framework that can control the overall AI execution environment, based on security technology and business experience accumulated in industries requiring high security and reliability, including the public sector, finance and defense. The company said it made the move on the judgment that as AI expands beyond a simple support tool to become an entity that performs actual work, it is necessary not only to introduce high-performance models but also to build systems that can operate them safely and in a controllable way.

PRIBIT AI plans to connect the technology framework it has proven in security areas such as zero trust, N2SF, access control and anomalous behavior detection to AI operating environments. It aims to provide a foundation for AI use that can be trusted even in regulated industries.
