ITCEN Core said on Thursday it signed a business agreement with KB Kookmin Bank aimed at expanding Nomo365, an integrated HR and labour platform for small business owners and small and mid-sized companies.
The companies plan to build an integrated platform that combines ITCEN Core's HR and labour management technology with KB Kookmin Bank's embedded finance capabilities. It is designed to let companies handle HR and labour functions and cash management in one place.
The company said ITCEN Core's Nomo365 is a cloud-based HR management platform tailored for small business owners and small and mid-sized companies. It automatically links and processes the full workflow, from clock-in and clock-out records to attendance aggregation and payroll calculation.
Under the partnership, the Nomo365 platform will incorporate KB Kookmin Bank's financial services beyond its existing HR and labour functions such as signing employment contracts, managing attendance and issuing HR certificates. Users will be able to handle core cash-management tasks, including payroll transfers, account inquiries and collections, through a one-stop service within a single platform.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, "Through this agreement, we have come to provide innovative services that help small and mid-sized corporate customers tangibly feel work efficiency in the field." The official added, "We will continue to actively support the growth of small and mid-sized companies and the strengthening of their competitiveness." An ITCEN Core official said, "Through cooperation with KB Kookmin Bank, Nomo365 has evolved beyond simple HR management into a smart management platform that maximises management efficiency for small business owners and small and mid-sized companies." The official added, "We will do our best to build and distribute the integrated platform so that numerous small and mid-sized companies and small business owners, who are struggling with changes in the regulatory environment, can experience practical innovation in the field and focus only on stable growth."
