Greeting launches MCP integration to link recruitment data with AI

Greeting, a recruitment management solution operated by Doodlin, said on Monday it has launched an "MCP integration feature" that allows clients to connect their recruitment data to AI tools and carry out hiring work.

Greeting supports connecting all recruitment data to AI tools with a simple integration process through MCP (Model Context Protocol), a standard for linking recruitment data with external AI. It also enables managing the hiring process through natural language-based conversations.

According to the company, recruiters can use the MCP integration to immediately load and use their recruitment data in various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini that they already use.

For example, recruiters can ask AI to "summarise the number of applicants by stage for ongoing postings" or "extract pass rates by job category this quarter" and handle statistical tasks without complex formula calculations.

Ahead of the launch of the MCP integration feature, Greeting also introduced a built-in "AI document screening feature" that can be used directly within the solution.

Tae-gyu Lee (이태규), chief executive of Doodlin, said recruiters have had to go through the trouble of organising and transferring the data needed to use AI tools for work. He said Greeting introduced the MCP integration feature so customers can streamline repetitive tasks such as data cleaning and aggregation, or time-consuming work such as reviewing applicant fit, and focus on improving hiring results. Lee said the company will continue to identify needed functions at the right time and place to support successful hiring by companies.
