Hanssak said on Tuesday it has launched its network-to-network data transfer (network link) solution, SecureGate V4.0, as part of efforts to target the market transitioning to the National Network Security Framework (N2SF).

The company said SecureGate V4.0 is a network-link platform that combines zero-trust principles with technologies for generative AI and cloud environments. It supports data transfers between secure and non-secure zones, real-time stream links, mail links and indirect connections. It prevents internal data leaks and the inflow of external threats by controlling transfers based on administrator approvals and security policies.

Hanssak said it has advanced SecureGate V4.0 beyond a simple data transfer tool into a “security infrastructure that verifies and controls data flows.” It also highlighted scalability that extends to generative AI and cloud environments.

The stream-link function supports automation for Microsoft 365 Copilot links to enable secure data connections in generative AI work environments. The data-link function has been strengthened with a focus on user authentication and operational convenience. The mail-link function systematises body sanitisation features and processes email bodies in multiple ways depending on security grades and operating policies, including image and PDF conversion, HTML tag removal and provision of sanitised HTML.

It supports public, private and hybrid cloud environments and can be used across various operating systems including Windows, Linux and Unix.

Hanssak plans to step up targeting local governments, public institutions, defence, financial firms, general companies, hospitals and education institutions that need to comply with N2SF rules with the new product.

Hanssak CEO Ju-do Lee (이주도) said SecureGate V4.0 is a next-generation network-link platform that shifts the network-link paradigm to “data control,” and delivers safe data use and work innovation beyond meeting security regulations. He said the company will expand the role of network links in the N2SF transition market with proven references and differentiated technology, and lead change as a partner customers seek first.
