Com2uS Holdings is stepping up efforts to target the global PC and console market.
Com2uS Holdings said on Monday that its new PC and console titles Fading Echo and Zenonia1: Threads of Memory (Zenonia1) will take part in Steam Next Fest.
Steam Next Fest is an online event that lets users try titles ahead of their official release. It runs until 10 a.m. Pacific time on June 22. The festival introduces games in development to users worldwide and enables direct communication with gamers to secure feedback, making it a closely watched global testing ground.
Fading Echo, which unveiled a new demo through the event, is an action-adventure game. Players control a young hero named Won who can freely transform into water and steam, exploring a constantly changing surreal world. The game supports 11 languages, including Korean, and offers a comics-style visual design, smooth movement and dynamic combat.
Zenonia1, an RPG that drew explosive popularity in the era of feature phones for its deep story and detailed gameplay, is also releasing a demo for the first time. The Steam version preserves the original's distinctive feel while focusing on optimisation for recent play environments. A demo of about 1 hour lets players freely explore the Adonis area and take on a range of quests.
Com2uS Holdings plans to use the early hands-on experience to thoroughly check the gameplay and content competitiveness of the 2 new titles it will release in the second half. It aims to secure a range of user feedback before official launch to further improve the games' quality and to keep expanding user touchpoints to target global markets.
