KB Kookmin Bank is hiring summer hands-on interns to secure future financial talent. It will recruit young talent in three areas - digital, IT and AI and platform development - and offer on-the-job experience and hiring-linked benefits.

KB Kookmin Bank said on Monday it is recruiting applicants for its "2026 Summer Hands-on Internship" programme.

Recruitment is open in three areas: digital, IT, and AI and platform development. Applicants can apply through the KB Kookmin Bank recruitment website through June 24.

The hiring process will proceed through document screening, a competency test and a video interview. All stages will be conducted online for applicants’ convenience.

Final successful candidates are expected to be announced in early July. Those selected will work for six weeks from July 20 in head office departments at KB Kookmin Bank.

All internship programme graduates will receive an exemption from the document screening stage when applying for the bank’s open recruitment of entry-level employees. Outstanding and top-performing graduates will also be granted additional preferential treatment, including exemption from the written test stage.
